Finnoff passed away peacefully, at his home in David City, on July 9, 2010. He was a United States Navy Veteran and served during WWII in the South Pacific. He was a lifetime member of the VFW and American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Beverly of David City and eight children, Christy Lyon, Sandra Lacy, Cynthia Squires, Suzanne Koch, Gail Marie Kearns, Lawrence, Robert and James Finnoff. He was preceded in death by a son, John Finnoff. Wally had fifteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by many friends and extended family. We will all take time to light one more candle for our loving father. Kracl Funeral Chapel in David City is in charge of arrangements and memorials may be sent to the family. |
