Milo Tomasek, 89, of Clarkson passed away Monday, May 4, 2026 at the Clarkson Care Center.

Milo Lumir Tomasek Born February 19, 1937, and entered into rest May 4, 2026, in Clarkson Ne.
In Honor of Milo on May 23rd at 10:00 A.M. there will be a private family committal at the Clarkson National Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held for family and friends at The Brass Rail in Clarkson, Ne. from 11:00 A.M. until 4:00 PM. Kracl-Leigh Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of these arrangements.
Milo was born on a farm in Colfax Co. to Joseph and Libbie (Basta) Tomasek. He was the 6th of 8 children. He attended school in rural Clarkson through 8th grade. He served in the Army from September 1960 – September 1962. His rank was Specialist 4th class. He was stationed in Fort Gordon, Georgia. While he was serving in the Army he got his GED. When he returned home, he farmed with his brothers Donald and Richard. Milo retired from farming in 2007.
Milo was a member of New Zion Presbyterian Church in Clarkson Ne.
Milo will be remembered by his family and friends for his fun loving and witty disposition. He enjoyed time with family and friends and they enjoyed his company. He especially loved children and made everlasting memories with his nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Anything from playing yard games with them when they were young to teaching them how to play cards. He loved playing Pitch, Poker, Tarocks, and he enjoyed going to the casino.
He is survived by his sister, Dorothy Wendt, brothers Donald and Richard Tomasek. All of Clarkson, NE.
Milo was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph & Libbie Tomasek, his sisters Viola (Steve) Sedlacek, Martha (Joseph) Pycha his brothers Joseph (Adella) Tomasek, Robert (Sandra) Tomasek and brother-in-law Leonard Wendt.
