Kyle Williams was born in Alamosa on January 17, 1988, to Robert Shane Williams and Tracy (Brown) Williams. He was raised in Alamosa and graduated from Sangre de Cristo High School in May 2006. Following graduation, he attended diesel mechanic school at Trinidad State Junior College.

Kyle began his career working for Northwest Logistics before returning to the San Luis Valley, where he worked for Myers Brothers. He later moved to Cripple Creek and worked for Buckley Powder, where he met Jen Bright. During their years together, Kyle lovingly helped raise her children as his own. After they later separated, Kyle moved to Nebraska, where he worked for Timpte and most recently for Frontier Co-op.

Kyle’s passion in life was trucking, a love passed down from his grandpa, father, and uncles. He also deeply loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping in the mountains, riding four-wheelers, and fishing. More than anything, Kyle treasured the time he spent with family and friends.

Kyle is survived by his mother, Tracy Molina of Dwight; his father, Robert Shane Williams (Lori) of Alamosa, Colorado; siblings Jeremy Shultz of Monte Vista, Mathew Roberts of Fort Carson, Jordon Roberts of Monte Vista, Ashley Guymon of Alamosa, and Cody Williams of Alamosa; his grandfather Fred Williams of Alamosa; grandmother Lorraine Holfeltz of Casa Grande; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Reva Williams and Dorothy Brown, and his cousins, Danielle Kingsley and John Schmidt, aunt Lori Kingsley.
