Bill grew up in the small town of Schuyler, Nebraska, where he was the first member of his family to go to college. He graduated a proud Cornhusker from the University of Nebraska and later top of his MBA class from the University of Denver. Bill worked for several companies across the country, but was most proud to be a retiree of Kroger, where he was an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer.
Bill insisted that he never met anyone who liked a funeral, so he did not want one. His body has been donated to the University of Cincinnati Medical School.
Despite his further insistence not to make any kind of fuss, there will be a Celebration Of Life for Bill at Kenwood Country Club, where he was a longtime member, on Wednesday, January 5th, 2022, from 3pm to 5 pm. It is located at 6501 Kenwood Road, Cincinnati, 45243.
