Gary D. Hascall was born April 9, 1960 in David City, Nebraska to Lloyd and Thelma (West) Hascall. He graduated from David City High School in 1978. On June 12, 1993 Gary was united in marriage to Marilyn Polacek at St. Luke's Methodist Church in David City. Gary most recently worked for the David City water department, and Sack Lumber in David City. He was a member of St. Luke's Methodist Church in David City.
Gary enjoyed hunting in his younger days, and was an animal lover. He enjoyed the outdoors and camping at Ponca State Park. He also enjoyed music, especially classic rock, and liked to cook.
Gary is survived by his wife Marilyn of David City, Daughters Samantha (Christian) Forney of Columbus, and Kylie Hascall of David City. Brothers Randy (Barb) Hascall of Tea, South Dakota, Brent (Sara) Hascall of North Sioux City, South Dakota. Sisters Deanna Robins of David City, Marlene (Neil) Kuhlman of David City, Carol (John) Vasina of Columbus. Several Nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law Jim Robins.
