Teresa M. Otte was born February 12, 1961 in Osceola, Nebraska to Reinhold and Leona (Prigge) Otte. She graduated from Rising City High School in 1979. Following graduation she attend the University of Nebraska Lincoln, and later received a Masters Degree in 1993. Teresa was a lifelong Butler county resident, where she farmed for many years. In her younger years Teresa enjoyed playing softball. She has served on the Upper Big Blue NRD Board, COOP Board and FSA committee. She was an avid fan and supporter of Nebraska Womens Basketball.
Teresa is survived by her sister Bonnie (Roger) Topil of Rising City, 2 nieces Kimberly (Andrew) Lewis, and their son Camdyn of Hallam, Kristy Topil of Lincoln, and her beloved dog Penny. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Timothy Otte.
