Jason James Svoboda, 47, of Lincoln, died Thursday, August 17, 2023.
A Private Celebration of Life will be held for Jason
Memorials may be made to the family for future designation
Jason James Svoboda was born March 22, 1976 in David City, Nebraska to Galen Svoboda and Jane Romshek. Jason grew up in David City working on family farms and having fun with cousins. He was the proud dad of Justin Svoboda and father figure to Julian Jasso. Jason enjoyed boating, snow skiing and ATV riding. He thought he was a good joke teller but only his dog, Jackson would agree.
Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents Dennis "Don" Svoboda, Charles and Margaret Romshek.
He is survived by his son Justin Svoboda, (like a son) Julian Jasso, Mother Jane Romshek, Father Galen (Mary) Svoboda, Grandmother Mary Ann Svoboda, Siblings Josh (Melissa) Svoboda, Michelle (Brandan) Lubken, Dalton Svoboda and Dylan Svoboda, four favorite nieces, Kennedy, Hayden, Henley and Sylvie, favorite nephew Logan. Many beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.
