Ryan Lockner, 48, of Genoa, formerly of Schuyler, died Sunday, March 3, 2024 at his home.
Ryan's wishes were to be cremated. A Memorial Service is being planned for April.
Ryan was born December 16, 1975, in Schuyler to Adrian and Joyce (Semrad) Cermak. They later divorced and Ryan was adopted by Richard Lockner. He attended area schools and graduated from Schuyler Central High School. He married Chris Jacobs and they later divorced. On July 4, 2004, he married Mary Cudaback at the First Presbyterian Church in Schuyler. Ryan had owned his own truck and was a truck driver for many years. He enjoyed skateboarding, fishing and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Ryan is survived by his wife Mary and son Damien Lockner of Genoa, two daughters, Natalie Cudaback of Columbus and Casandra (J.R.) Mitchell of Lincoln, four grandchildren;Jade Pena, Candace, Brantley and Rian Mitchell, aunt Judy Davis of David City, uncle John (Peggy) Semrad of Iowa, cousins and great-cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, brother Paul, grandparents, Emil and Elsie Semrad, Ron and Mabel Cudaback, Mr and Mrs. Ernie Cermak, aunts Brenda Semrad and Patty Semrad and two uncles, Jr. Semrad and Lonnie Davis.
