Betty Miller, 92, of David City, died Monday, February 5, 2024, at david place in David City.

Betty was born May 7, 1931, in Bellwood, Nebraska to Bernhard and Johanna (Gerretsen) Gall.  She attended a country school through the eight grade.  On January 16, 1952, she married Fred Miller at Presentation Catholic Church, Marietta.  They traveled while Fred was in the service and then made their home and farmed near David City.  She was a homemaker and worked as a cook at St. Mary's Elementary School and St. Joseph's Villa.  She was a member of the church, the PCCW, David City Legion Auxiliary and the "Bettys" club.

She is survived by nieces and nephews and was preceded in death by her parents, husband Fred July 25, 2023 and siblings Marie Ronkar, JoAnne Riha McLey, Bernadine Mirsch Williams, Dorothy Morgan, Ben Gall and Josephine Gall.
