Ann was born May 17, 1937, on the farm near Beemer, to Henry and Katherine (Dinslage)   Schlickbernd.  She attended area schools and on September 12, 1956, she married Donald F. Telecky at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Beemer.  They lived briefly in California, returning to the Telecky "homeplace" where they lived and farmed until Don's death in  2013.  She then moved into Howells.  Ann had worked at Bluebird Nursery in Clarkson when not helping on the farm.  She loved baking, gardening, all Nebraska and Creighton sports and especially loved watching the grandkids in their sports endeavors. In her younger days she played and coached softball.  Ann loved to text and talk to family and friends on the phone.  She was a long time member of the church and the Howells Catholic Women.

Ann is survived by two daughters; Diane (Rick) Cech, Clarkson, Donna (Greg) Schlautman of Pilger, two sons; Marty (Denise) Telecky of Seward and Dean Telecky of Lincoln, 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, infant son Joseph and  husband Donald Telecky.
