Donald was born February 25, 1946, in Columbus, Nebraska to H. Everett and Olga (Dvorak) Hahn. He attended grade school and lived with his parents on the farm. He loved helping on the farm, horses, coloring and really enjoyed eating cookies. Following the death of his mother in 2000, Donald lived with his brother David and was cared for by his family. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Schuyler, his entire life.
He is survived by his brother, David (Mary) Hahn of Schuyler, one niece, Tina Gilbert of Lebanon, Missouri, three nephews, Cecil (Becky) Hahn of Columbus, Paul Hahn of Schuyler, Scott (Justine) Hahn of Seward and several great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, cousin Frank Kohout and aunt Fran Christensen.
