They are shared only with the family Dona died Saturday, February 20, 2010, at david place in David City, at the age of 76. She was born July 28, 1933, in David City to James H. and Emma T.(Selzer) Gans and graduated from David City High School. On September 28, 1954, Dona married Robert F. Meysenburg at St. Mary's Catholic Church in David City, where they spent their entire lives. She served as Deputy County Clerk of Butler County for 34 years, retiring in 2007. Dona is survived by her daughter, Michelle(Rex) Minert, David City, one brother, Richard(Jody) Gans, Brainard, sister-in-law Bette Meysenburg, Torrance, California, brother-in-law Doug Trowbridge, O'Neill, Nebraska, three grandchildren, Sabrina Minert and special friend Ryan Sabata, Lincoln and Robert and Tyra Minert of David City, many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert(1990), sister, LaVina Trowbridge and infant sister, Gwendolyn Gans. |
